A lot of people buy Call of Duty
Black Ops for it’s brilliant online
multiplayer modes. But what do
you do when all your mates are
offline and you just don’t feel like
playing it with out them?
You need some time to kill while
you wait for them to come back
online and we’ve found just the
thing for you.
Below is a bundle of cheats and
codes that you can try on Black
Ops. Some are great some are not
so great but that will be for you to
find out for yourself.
Now hopefully by now you know
that you can get up and walk
around at the main menu. Yes that’s
right repeatedly tap the two back
buttons on your control and he’ll
break free from the chair. Behind the
chair is a computer terminal in
which you can enter codes which
will unlock hidden features in Black
Ops. If you didn’t already know this
then I bet you’re getting pretty
excited now.

Terminal Login
Okay so at the terminal you can
generate a list of peoples login
names by typing WHO.
In order to login as one of these
people you need to type LOGIN
(press enter). You will be prompted
for their username name, enter this
in and press enter. Now input their
password (login details are below).
Once you are logged in as someone
type DIR, this gives you a list of file
names that you can access. They
range from emails to pictures.
Type CAT and the name of the file to
open it. To the right there is an
example of me logging in as a user
and opening a file.

Terminal Codes
There are a few additional codes that
can be entered to unlock content.
For example if you complete the
game you can unlock an additional
zombie map to go with Kino Der
Toten called FIVE. However if you
don’t like playing the campaign
mode or can’t be bothered then
there is a code for unlocking that
which you’ll see below.
DOA - allows you to play Dead Ops
Arcade
3ARC
UNLOCK - Permantly opens FIVE and Dead
Ops Arcade
ZORK - unlocks a text game from 1980
called Zork I: The Great
Underground Empire
HELLO
SAILOR - Another way to unlock the Zork
game
ALICIA - Loads a virtual therapist called
Alicia who responds to everything
you type leading you to type more
and eventually realise she doesn’t
care
FOOBAR - displays a rather pointless
message thats barely worth typing
the code in for.
3ARC INTEL - allows you to unlock all intel in the
game for viewing (WARNING: Will
disable the closer analysis
Achievement/Trophy)

Unlock in Black
Ops Campaign
While on the level “Numbers” you
can unlock a hidden gun called the
ThunderGun. I’ve added a video
below as it’s a lot easy to show you
than try and explain it to you.
